Customizable mark icons

mashablog:

This week I estimate losing 1.56 #s/week of fat and burning 778 cal/day more than I ate. These statistics and the weight & trend plot below came from FatWatch

The plot shows my nearly daily weigh-ins. The red line gives the smoothed trend on which the rates above are based. The light gray vertical bars indicate weekends. The blue squares on the bottom indicate days that I worked out and the taupe bars indicate days I drank booze. I don’t remember what the green bar means.

FatWatch users can customize the icons used for the four mark annotations: tap More, then Marks, to arrive at the customization screen. Tap a colored square at the top to configure that mark, then select from the icons below.

The last mark (I’ve been thinking of it as “yellow that can be seen against a white background” but you might call it “taupe”) can also be used to track your position on The Hacker’s Diet Exercise Ladder.

Most of the icons, by the way, were beautifully designed and graciously licensed by Joseph Wain.

What are you using the marks for?

Is there an icon you would like to see in a future update?
