There’s no “supposed to” when it comes to eating. You need to eat smaller meals more often if it doesn’t work for you! Maybe it doesn’t fit into your schedule or it’s not convenient. Whatever the case may be, create an eating schedule that works for you and is FLEXIBLE — so you can eat less on the days you’re less hungry and more on the days you’re hungrier!
